1.Think of at least five proper nouns for the following categories and write them in your notebooks:


a. Names of 5 persons you know
b. Names of 5 countries you’d like to visit.
c. Names of 5 rivers in your country.


2.Do the activities mentioned in slides 9 & 10.


3.After reading the story ‘Mr. Happy’ write down, in your notebooks, all the proper names you came across and at least 15 common nouns you read.


Remember once again that all proper nouns are to be written with a capital letter and all common nouns with a small letter, unless it is at the beginning of a sentence.
